Originally from Vancouver BC, Randy Cole made his home in Montreal after graduating from McGill Music. Midway through his music studies, he had already produced a critically acclaimed album of his teacher (“Greg Clayton Live at Boomers”), published in the New York magazine “Cadence”, and was a frequent contributor to “Planet Jazz Magazine.
